Known as the door latch or door lock. The door latch is attached to the door of the vehicle and engages with the striker attached to the body, thereby maintaining or releasing the closed state of the door to secure the safety and security of the inside of the vehicle.

The door checker is an internal part of the car which is installed between the door and the body of the car to maintain open status, and protects the pedestrian (or vehicle next to) using the door edge when the door is suddenly closed.

This is a part that is assembled to the vehicle body to fasten the door latch.

The door hinge is attached to the door and the body of the vehicle, and serves to support the door so that it does not come off the internal or external impact when the door is opened or closed.
